    WHAT IS BRAND EXPERIENCES? Curated experiences that allow clients to explore the latest release of collections prior to new styles entering the market. Experiences are tailored to create connectivity between the brand and members of our community. HOW DO I JOIN THE COMMUNITY? Create a FREE online account at The Legendary Label online. Once your account is created, you will receive invitations to RSVP for select brand experiences. WILL I RECEIVE INVITATIONS TO RSVP FOR ALL BRAND EXPERIENCES? It depends on your shopping status and/or your annual membership status. To be offered an invitation to all brand experiences, your: Shopping Status within the same calendar year of the upcoming brand experience must be at a total of $250+. OR Annual Membership status is active. How is The Legendary Label ensuring the safety of clients and guests that attend live brand experiences? At The Legendary Label, health and well-being is prioritized for our clients, and communities. We monitor the latest developments with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and implement the recommended protocols. All brand experiences will be sanitized. Hand sanitizer is available for all guests & clients.

    What type of membership do you offer? We offer two different types of memberships: (1) Free Membership: The Brand Experience sign-up here (2) Monthly ($10) Membership: The Vault Collection (coming 2023) What does The Brand Experience membership offer? Invites to select in-person brand experience events Free shipping on orders $99+ What does The Vault Collection membership offer? Access to The Vault Collection, an exclusive shopping experience that is available to members only. Many of the items the Vault Collection will never be made available to the public. In addition, members will have 1 year of additional access to former collections no longer available to the public. In addition, members can expect: + Unlimited Free Shipping + Member Only Brand Experience Invites + 1 Guest +Access to (Pre-Sale) New Collections +Access to Unreleased Collections +Member Only Pricing (Select Items) +Up to 20% of show tickets + experiences presented by LSS Universal Can I cancel my membership at any time? Yes, you can cancel and resubscribe back to a membership at any time.

    How can I reach an Agent to speak with? Select the interlocking "LL" in the lower right corner of your screen to be connected with an agent from client services. What are Agent's hours of availability? Monday - Thursday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sunday: Reserved (Not Available) What if I need to speak to an Agent outside the hours of availability? To reach an agent outside of the hours listed, visit “Client Service” found in the footer of the site to submit an inquiry. Once I select Client Service and submit the inquiry form, when can I expect to be connected with an Agent for support? You will be contacted within 24 hours or by the next business day.

    Where are you located? The Legendary Label is an online boutique. We work with third party vendors to ship our products across regions. Where are Brand Experiences held? Multiple creative spaces throughout the U.S. The location will always be provided to members (for invite only experiences) and on our website for public experiences.
  • POLICIES
    In this section: Return Policy | Full Return Policy | Incorrect Shipping Address What is your return policy? All sales are final. Why are all sales final? All orders are custom. They are designed as orders are received. Where can I review the most updated return policy? To review our latest return policy, click here. What if I enter the incorrect shipping address at checkout? To avoid this from happening, create a FREE account at The Legendary Label by selecting "My Account" Manage Addresses within My Account. Here, you can add multiple delivery addresses. Verify that the address you've entered. During your checkout experience, you'll be able to select from the addresses stored in your account to avoid any shipping issues. If your order has been sent to an incorrect location, you will be responsible for having tracking your order, rerouting and covering any associated shipping costs. Are there any specifics that I should know about Brand Experiences? Our community is for anyone and everyone. We do not tolerate or support inequities. We have the right to withdraw any individual from our community list, band individuals from attending experiences as well as escort guests from brand experience spaces.

    Does The Legendary Label offer digital gifts? The Legendary Label offers digital gifting experiences through our e-gift platform. This service allows a clients to easily send an e-gift card to themselves or to another individual. How do I send a digital e-gift card? (1) Visit our e-gift platform to complete the digital form (2) Select the amount to send (3) Choose the quantity (4) Choose who the gift is being submitted to (5) Enter the recipients valid email address (6) Enter the recipients name (7) Optional: Add a note to send to the recipient that should accompany the digital gift. (8) Select Buy Now (9) Enter your credit card details (10) Enter Billing Details (11) Review + Place Order How will the gift recipient receive the digital gift? Once digital form is completed and billing details have been added, review + place order. The recipient will receive an email notifying them (along with any personalized note sent) that they have a digital gift to use at The Legendary Label. How will I know the digital gift card was successfully delivered? You will receive an email notifying you that the digital gift was sent successfully. Will the digital e-gift expire? No, the digital gift will not expire.

    What is the Style Book? The Style Book includes selected models to display the newest collections coming to The Legendary Label. What is the purpose of the Style Book? The style book provides The Legendary Label's to connect client to visuals of its luxury lifestyle. How can I be featured in the Style Book? Models are selected by the company through submission and/or referred by an agent.
  • PRODUCT CARE
    How do I care for products from The Legendary Label? The Legendary Label products are made with great details and carefully selected material. All products should be handled with care to sustain the long-lasting lifetime of the product. Care instructions will be provided on the item(s) purchased.
  • MY LEGENDARY LABEL ACCOUNT (Track Shipping)
    What is my Legendary Label Account? This is your personalized account, which allows you to have full access to your shopping experience. Why should I create an account? This is where you will be able to manage your full experience. In your account, you will be able to do the following: (1) Track Orders (2) Add Favorites to Wish List (3) Manage Membership Levels + Status (4) Managed Tickets to Brand Experiences How do I track my orders? (1) Sign into your account (2) Select My Orders (3) Click on the drop down arrow to track your order (4) Select Track Item (5) Track details and follow your order through its journey. Optional: You will be notified once your order has shipped. To track the movement of your order each time an update occurs, enter your email address to be notified. Will I be able to experience a faster checkout process? Yes, while we work with great efficient, create an account will expedite your process when you manage "My Account".
